Erm, I believe the iPhone uses Samsung components. I can't believe they'd say this.

What do they mean a black on black screen? Do they mean like:

    http://www.letsgodigital.org/images/...galaxy-ace.jpg

where on the front it's black other than the button? How can you copyright that?

    It is a simple design.

Simple designs that cost a lot of money to make? Or just a marketing ploy to gain massive profits?

Either way, I think Apple is out to make more money by suing everybody.

It's more of a cuboid with rounded corners :ninja:

I like my cuboid with rounded corners though, not sure how Samsung have copied iPhones though, did Apple also own the copywright for a phone to dial out?

Bunch of fascists wanting a monopoly on absolutely ****ing everything and so they go and sue everybody.

What about The Beatles Apple Corps, who came to an agreement with Apple saying that the iPod Apple could never distribute music. Which they clearly just ignored and got around and in turn started suing everybody else.

    Oh Apple
I type this from a Mac, but the sheer idiocy of trying to copy write a screen with a button just doesn't make sense. How else would one create a touchscreen phone with minimal buttons?
In fact, I think it is standard on Samsungs that either side of the main button there will be another two function buttons therefore making the design different surely?

Even if the only choice of smartphone available on the market was the iphone, I would still not be buying one.

I copyrighted screens therefore nobody else can make anything with a screen.

I find it impressive that Samsung managed to copy 'every element' of the iPhone and produce a better phone in the process. That's skilful imitation.
