Why are they not sending me the forms? (MEANS TESTED)
Im going into my second year, in my first year I didn't apply to be means tested however this year I want to.

I've rang student finance 4 times since the end of may, each time I have requested for the forms so I can apply to be means tested, the first time they said it would take 5 working days for them to arrive, the last time I rang up (8 days ago) they said it would take up to 14 working days.

The thing is my brother who will be starting in September in his first year got a full maintenance grant in May along with is loan.

I already have my student loan for this year just no maintenance grant.

Any other way I can get hold of this forms and has anyone else experienced this?

    Thanks.
