My internet went down for around 8 hours some time in December.
It wasn't as bad as I thought, I just watched a few movies and and slept. It was quite nice actually.
However if this had happened 2/3 years ago when I was addicted to the internet I would probably have died.

My dad drove me to burger king before when our internet was down so I could use their free wifi "for schoolwork". Although most of it was checking facebook...

This was before I had a phone with 3G though.

Also do what I do, continue with 3d modelling, sculpting etc.

Also continue listening to Game of Thrones audio books. I would nail them all within a month if internet was down

Switch to using my phone as a hotspot other than that I'd probably manage to get some work done

iv had it happen before, when i moved with my mum a few years ago and internet wasnt connected for weeks because we moved the week before christmas. i just read more, watched tv, painted and did other stuff to amuse me. wasnt that difficult, just a bit annoying.

I would walk out of my internet cave and see the sun and sky for the very first time and then I would sit on the green grass to see if what it felt like. Even if it was wet I wouldn't mind, I would still sit on it.
