Anyone know a good one that I can fit in around weights 3/4 times a week?
Used to row a lot during first year of uni be nice to get back into it
I usually do about 2-3 rows a week as cross training, and I generally did one slowish UT2 row (10k or 1hour), one faster AT row (normally 5k) and then an interval pyramid sessions (something like 8x500m with 1' rest). The slow long rows I find helpful to do after weights sessions to help with recovery, depends how much time you have.
