Same really, especially because I assumed I would probably get en suite so I have mixed down. Hmm not too sure any more haha :')

i think that the "204" is like, your flat number, and room 1 is your bedroom. So, there's a set of rooms per flat, with their own kitchen. Does that make sense?

Correct. 204 means the flat is on the second floor, and is the flat number. There are 3-5 rooms per flat and they all share one kitchen and bathroom.

Yeah i thought it was I just wanted to make sure thanks guys! I'm looking forward to university now, and meeting new people. I ideally wanted en suite but I'm not too bothered either way, once you get used to the people you're sharing with I'm sure It's fine. After all, I do share a bathroom here at home!

Hey just a bit confused looking on the York st john website and it says most rooms in the grange have a sink in their room does this mean that if your in st marys where you have a proper bathroom you won't have the sink in your room?

I'm not sure, I wondered whether I had a sink in my room too...I'm going to be living in St Marys! I hope so. There's an open day 19th of August, and they said St Marys is going to be open, so I'm going to visit

I am completely new to this too. I have been given a place in the Grange St Marys Room 1 flat 202. I literally know nobody there so it would be great to find new people who are moving in that place too. Apparently is shared accommodation too.

I'm in flat 204 room 1, so you must be quite near me I haven't found anyone else either yet! But if you're near me I'm sure I'll see you if that makes you feel any better!
