Hi, I'm starting university this year, & studying business management in Greenwich hopefully! & I was wondering when they teach you the course do they start from the hard parts or do they go through basics ? because in A-level I studied business BTEC & i'm scared that i wont know anything.

Bearing in mind people come from a variety of education backgrounds, they need to make sure people are at the same level before advancing. Therefore they should cover all the basic material from every course before moving on. Therefore some of it will be extremely easy (as you covered it in your course), but other stuff may be slightly more challenging when they cover stuff people from the IB, A-levels or from abroad may have learnt that you didn't. It won't be tough to start though. By third year, you'll be longing for the days where everything was taken so slowly and easily

you have nothing to worry about. my boyfriend does business management there, he only did GCSE business and he passed his first year with a 1st. they start with GCSE/A level bits and then move on to new stuff that you wouldn't have been expected to know before hand. he said get prepared for personal professional development because its very different to anything you've done before, it's not hard, just different.
