    Why didn't the relay team...
Who won gold for Britain in Athens 2004. Which a British team has not been able to do since 1912.

Why haven't they all been knighted indiviudally be it an obe or mbe?

because everyone knew that they only managed to do it thanks to the american team ****ing up their baton switchover, its like chelsea winning the CL, everyone knows they aren't the best football club in europe, they just got lucky just like with our 100m relay team in Athens

Kind of an unfair analogy. Different scenarios, they still won gold.

And as it seems as those who have won Olympic golds tend to be knighted it's kind of unfair.

    Multiple golds.

Those who've 'only' got one don't tend to come away with more than an OBE/MBE, and I'm pretty sure those guys have got them.

EDIT: Ok, Devonish and Campbell have, Lewis-Francis and Gardener don't. L-F had a cannabis thing, so that would have counted against him, don't know about Gardener.
