hi im looking for my first job and obviously want to start with something that i know that i can do. I would just like to know where people clean or where people can clean for a part-time job. I NEED A LIST! lol thanks

gumtree and indeed.com are also very good for jobs. plus supermarkets & pub chains. you could also try local recruitment agencies - the one i'm with hires loads of cleaners for the local hospital.

Are there any holiday parks nearby i.e Butlins, Center Parcs etc.? They tend to employ cleaners all the time, and quite often will put on transport on major cleaning days in nearish towns.

Try ringing up cleaning agencies, to get put on the books for the future. You might not get a job straight away but you'll be more likely to be considered when they need you.

Why would you want to do a cleaning job? I wouldnt. But from my experience lately, a lot of jobs advertised lately are cleaning jobs. I'm qualified in retail and ICT but i haven't got anywhere with those in months, i really wouldn't want a cleaning job on my CV but i really dont think i have any other choice soon.

jobseekers.direct.gov.uk probably has the most cleaning jobs. You can also try gumtree, indeed and what else people have suggested. Good luck
