    non-fatal offences reform
I have a criminal law essay of 2500 to hand in, the question is: The law relating to non-fatal offences against the person is in need of reform. Discuss.
Can you help me out a bit with the structure etc please?

    1) What are the non fatal offences?
    2) Where is there weakness or criticism about these laws (hint: academic articles will likely explore this)
    3) How would you suggest reforms if any? Or should the laws stay as they are because any reforms will carry more costs than benefits, i.e. uncertainty.
    4) explore and counter arguments that oppose your position; what is their weakness?
    5) conclusion

On what extend shall I refer to sexual assaults? Just mention HIV transmission or go into rape and stuff?
