    Another quick clearing question..
    Hello TSR

I'm asking this on behalf of my little brother. He received AAA (Politics, History and English Language) at A Level last summer, yet didn't even consider going to university because he is lazy. He didn't apply this year either, but is having a bit of a change of heart.

My question is this - can he set up a UCAS account and get himself into clearing? Is it worth calling up universities on results day sniffing for a place even though he didn't apply at all originally?

    Thanks guys :borat:
