    Hi everyone,

I am currently interning at Bank A that I don't want to work for in the future; however I have been offered a place on the grad scheme.

The grad scheme that I would like to get onto at Bank B does not accept applications - I'm assuming they just directly place the program's interns onto that scheme and thus don't open it up for apps.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get onto this program? It is a back office role.

Perhaps calling up HR and showing that I'm interested, etc.? I did apply to Bank B's internship and was offered an assessment centre but unfortunately had already accepted Bank A's offer at this point.

If anyone has any advice I'd be incredibly grateful.

    Thanks
    Whats bank B?
