Can you model the perfect 100m race?
How would I go about creating a mathematical model to allow me to run under 9.5s (ignoring fitness, etc).

Is there a perfect "technique"? From the angle at which you kick out of the blocks, to the speed at which you straighten your back and the length of strides you take, etc.
