What hairstyle would suit me? (Photo)
So I'm not normally one to throw my photo up for all to see; but it's kind of hard to give people a good idea of what I look like without one...

I've had the same style for as long as I can remember, but I want a drastic change... any ideas? What would suit my face shape? Put it this way, I have to cut it regardless because of the damage, so no 'it looks fine the way it is'... haha.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as quite often the hairdresser doesn't have a bloody clue herself.

And don't go too hard on the photo- took a lot of guts to upload that aha...

    You're very pretty!
And since you said you want a drastic change, perhaps a bob with a side fringe.

    Or just your standard bob.

Well, it does look fine anyway, but if you're after something drastic... cut it all off except a long lock going from the middle of your head down to your shoulders, No, seriously I don't know. You've got one of those faces where I think any style will suit you just wonderfully. Good luck

I second the bob. I think you've got the face structure to pull off short hair.

Don't change the colour! It's lovely.

Yeah, I think you could probably pull off short hair. Short and curled would look pretty

If you don't fancy going short, then I think you would really suit a fringe and maybe you could get some layers put in or something? Gah, I dunno; I'm no good with hair :')

If you want something drastic I'd say that you should have it fairly short (at under ears, but above chin) and then have the other half a lot shorter on the other side.

Are you open to colouring your hair? Because changing your hair colour would be drastic.
You could go either way, a really light blonde colour or a dark brown colour with a few lighter brown highlights.
And you could just get a trim, choppy layers.

Yeah, I was thinking something along these lines. Keep the side-parting, have a side-fringe put in, cut to around the bottom of your ear so there's enough of it it to sweep aside/put up when you fancy a change, but short enough to be a fringe, and have the rest around shoulder length, with layers framing your face and graduating down from your fringe on that side, to pull it all together. This this would suit your face shape and hair type, which looks like it has a natural wave in it.
