    How lenient are Reading?
Results day is so close and the negative thoughts are starting to flood my head! I've applied for Pharmacy and I wanted to know, based on experience from people, how lenient are they if you miss your offer by one grade?

Pretty damn lenient so I've heard. Also Pharmacy still had spaces this year. I know many people say "don't rely on information from extra" but I got in contact with them last month and they were going to offer me a place on the Pharmacy course because they still had spaces. I'm guessing they will be lenient with the changes this year.

The business/finance related courses seem to be the most competitive at Reading because of Henley Business school, not entirely sure about Pharmacy but if there's spaces then that's a good sign!

My friend had a psychology offer last year for AAB and got in with BBC. Ridiculous.

It actually depends on the course. The more competitive courses tend to be less lenient with the grades. I have a few friends on less competitive courses who missed their offers but they were given a place because of their performance at interview. Basically if it doesn't go your way on results day, phone them up.
