Why wouldn't she be able to? It's not prison.

No. To visit your own brother you must apply 12 months in advance for a level 5 clearance tag to the University

Sure she'll be able to help. I'm sure parents always come in and make a fuss about the mess their children have made within the first 2 minutes of independence

No, you have to lumber everything up yourself on a horse and cart. Failure to do so may lead to expulsion.

...I hope so, seeing as my sister and my mother will both be helping me. I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't be able to help me move in my masses of stuff, and I certainly can't do it by myself.

of course, though if you're in halls with not much parking they will probably prefer it if you try to move in your things fairly speedily. everyone brings their family along to move in day
