    I've been recommended avocado and day old pizza by a nutritionist relative of mine. Otherwise, protein shakes are pretty good, as long as you do some weights every day.

    Dude, my friend did this and now he is HENCH. But was more bulky at first.

    You use whey protein and do just A LITTLE bit of weights nothing too much. Then get off the whey protein when you feel like you are much more bigger but careful you don't want to end up fat.
    After the whey just lift weights properly and move on to the protein when you are really picking up the muscle.
    This really works ignore the natural eating but that helps too. Especially to be a healthier person. And if you're a teenager I think it helps you grow because this friend of mine used to be skinny and scrauny and now he is taller than me and massive.
