Worried about the future?
Hey I'm just about to start year 11 and I still dont know what career to do in my life, my original plan was to be a primary school teacher, but I'm not sure I'll enjoy it that much, because it's a lot of hard for such little money!
Has anyone got any advice on how to decide what career is best for me or any job ideas I could look into??

If you're in 'year 11' I guess you're either from England, Wales or the states? I'd suggest that you spend the rest of the summer and any weekends you have free volunteering at different places you think you might like to work...hospitals, offices etc. Perhaps ask for a day off from the school to go to a local primary school to do work experience. Try doing this:

It might help. Tbh you're only in year 11; assuming you are in England somewhere, you still have 6th form to go through. You've got a few years to make your mind up, don't worry about it and just find what you like doing and what you're good at. -
Hi
ive just finished year 11 and I'd just like to say don't worry! Lots of my friends going into sixth form still don't know what they want to do yet!
Obviously it would be great if you just know what you want to do but otherwise it's not the end of the world- study hard and pick the subjects you love the most!
Some people don't even know what they want to do when they come ou at uni! So don't worry - enjoy year 11 whilst you can - trust me - I miss it already!
