Re: Are people seriously still buying/wearing chinos?
I don't like chinos (thus I do not own them) but when I buy a piece of clothing I wear it until it wears out or I grow out of it. I don't stop wearing it just because other people feel it's out of fashion. I paid for my clothes, damnit, I'm going to wear them!

Na, we're all going to stop now because you don't like them. So basically, it's jeans or nothing? How exciting!

Beige chinos and a polo shirt look good though!

I am actually more fed up with the people who criticize clothing than the guys who follow trends atm haha.
They are comfortable and look good... so I wear them! It's just an inconvenient coincidence that everyone else decided they look good too, so I have to put up with being called a chino ****er, for the banter.
But I understand where the OP is coming from, I hate the Hollister Crew and Superdry Possy, though I must admit I got a really nice waterproof jacket from Superdry

Re: Are people seriously still buying/wearing chinos?I was thinking 'damn these people are ****ing idiots I remember having to wear chinos when I learned to play golf'...then I remembered I learned to play golf in the mid-nineties and a lot of these people were - at the time - more focused on potty-training.(Original post by Astronomical)
It always amuses me when the sheep move onto an item that's been a staple since before they were born, then when they inevitably move on to the next trend, they expect said item to become extinct.
