Results Day Anxiety.
For the past two weeks, I haven't been able to sleep more than 3 hours at a time and right now, I was up at around 3pm and before that, I went to 'bed' at 7am and spent hours reading.
I don't feel hungry, I just eat for the sake of having something, like I'll eat one meal a day and sometimes, not even that.
I have recurring nightmares about it, it begins with my English teacher handing me a piece of paper that just has 'C' on it and I fall into a black pit and everyone stares and laughs like I'm a zoo animal.
It's 9 days until Results Day and I'm absolutely freaking out. I know there's nothing I can do now but I'd like to hear how other people are dealing with this? -
Re: Results Day Anxiety.
I've been countine down the days, it started of 29 days. I cant sleep at night, every night i like research on last years results, other peoples success, grade boundaries, what marks i need, its endless. Tbh i just want 9 days to hurry up. I onlu get around 5 hours sleep during the day. Best thing to do is prepare for anything, best and worst therfor less worryin.

Re: Results Day Anxiety.Kick back and relax. Do things that you might not have had time for during the school year. I always wanted to take a look at AP Calculus. I'm doing that now.(Original post by Pankeu)

I'm personally looking forward to this. I'm yet to attend an actual results day (when everyone's getting their results). I was pretty late last year so missed out on all of the hype. Although I am slightly worried since the exam period could've gone better. -
Re: Results Day Anxiety.
I'll be a bit nervous the day before and when I'm heading in to pick up the results but there's no point worrying up until then as there's nothing you can do. If you can't help but worry then just keep telling yourself there is nothing you can do until you get them back so enjoy the freedom you have until you truly have to start thinking and worrying about things again.

I've really not thought about it at all. I recommend you all become engrossed in Olympics fever, my days have flew by and I've barely even thought about Results day. -
Re: Results Day Anxiety. That actually sounds crazy enough to work. ;D(Original post by Miracle Day)
