I can't think of ANYTHING else.
This may not help but it got me more excited about the 16th than worried

I have probably watched every results day video on youtube... if you ignore the As and Bs they're all reading out it's ok haha

Dreading results day. If anyone here did the aqa chem 5 paper you will probably be feeling how I do now. It was such an awful paper, don't even think I've passed it! Worried
But as some people mentioned, the olympics do help aswell
Easier said than done but don't worry now cause it's all done with, nothing you can do!

im terrified too. i got nasty shocker of grades at AS. I worked my butt off the A2 year so i dont want to go through that shock again.
Did the exact same thing. BCE. Very disappointing. I failed my retake for the E and I redid it in May/June, with all my other exams. So stressed!

What the hell? I'm only getting my AS results this year so mine might not be as important but I dont imagine I'll be freaking out like you guys in a years time..
I thought that too at AS, I thought the guys in the year above were just exaggerating, but it literally feels like the end. I spent 7 years at my school and it just feels like it's going to show how determined I am to get past all the obstacles I had to pass to get this grade.

    Let's hope for the best!

    Absolutely terrified of Results day.

I'll probably have a breakdown when I finally hold my results in my hand.
    Me too;

Fail = cry hysterically and commiserate at the pub.
Pass = cry hysterically and celebrate at the pub!

Guys, I really don't know what to do. Ever since my last exams finished, I've been thinking about that day, judgement day, results day where my WHOLE future will either be broken or made. I'm just losing it. I've got my own countdown calendar hung on my wall that I tick off each day to remind myself just how close it really is. I can't fall asleep, I have to make myself tired to the point where I feel faint and then I wake up after a nightmare about missing my offer and having to cope with it in front of everyone. The shame and the disappointment I'd have from working so hard over these two years would be unbearable. I'm a guy...and I really don't want to shed any tears. For the past month, I've been writing down my answers for each exam and comparing them again and again. I've looked at all the grade boundaries for the past years and used my own predictions for this year. I've calculated ,my raw marks for each exam and then using the lowest and highest previous grade boundaries, and my predicted grade boundaries for this year, worked out my worst, likely and best grade possibilities. I've even gone as far as to many an excel spreadsheet that will work out pretty much everything as soon as I put in the grade boundaries. I think I need to go on holiday where I have no idea of the time or day. A place completely distant from civilisation. I'm being serious. Any viable suggestions. (I'm prepared to pay for flights)
    Whoa, bro.

You're on some whole different world of worry! I thought I was bad! I think you should take down that calendar and maybe try meditation and maybe read a nice book.
There's nothing else we can do right now.

If I fail, I'm going to hide at my friend's house in Hertfordshire, a good 30 minutes away from my house by car, an hour or so by public transport. It's in the countryside so my mum can't sprint and run and kick my ass.

If I pass, I'm going to scan it and have the results blown up and even dance around my burning books like a maniac.

    Re: Results Day Anxiety.
I am VERY nervous about my results, I'm relying on my AS results to push me up because I messed up most of my A2 exams
It was worth taking the January resits, but I'm not sure it will be enough for Salters chemistry I need AAB and I really don't think i've gotten that
Totally regret taking 4 A2s and 1 AS, should've stuck with 3 A2s life lesson for my future children!!

No worries, I rated your new post as positive :P

I dealt with anxiety by revising really hard and when it came to August, I didn't feel that anxious because I knew I had tried really hard and felt my exams had gone well. The best thing to do is think about what will happen if you do get the results and what will happen if you don't.

If I didn't get my results, I planned to go abroad and au pair for a year. What will you do? Is your second choice really all that bad?
