Have I to wrap a box of chocolates up if it's a present?

    Have I to wrap a box of chocolates up if it's a present?
    Might sound silly, but would you? I don't think wrapping a box of chocolates up is necessary really, and in the past I have handed them with the card, unwrapped. I know they are quite frequently wrapped too.

    Just wondering! Birthday tomorrow and I'm thinking I'll just hand them unwrapped.

    As long as you aren't aggressively throwing the individual chocolates at the person, I don't think they'll mind too much.

    I think it is the thought that counts and anyway most choc boxes look really nice by themselves anyway - take thorntons someof their boxes actually come with a bow and stuff

    Relax - you made the effort - that'll be more than other people I suspect
