    CRON
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...d_Live_Longer/

This documentary alerted me to the presence of all kinds of eating habits - CRON, alternate day fasting, and 5/2 fasting in particular. They don't seem like the normal dieting fads-it's backed up by endocrine science that I actually learnt a little about in my course, and is a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix.

Has anybody got any experience of alternate day fasting or 5/2? I don't particularly want to try CRON-it seems to restrictive to start with- but I am very interested in these two other eating styles which are more flexible.
