Transferring to a different university

I am currently a student at the university of Portsmouth but have been offered a transfer to UEA providing I put a formal application through UCAS. I want to know that if as soon as applying I will lose my current place or if I will still be able to reject UEA should I so wish and go back to Portsmouth?

Also does anyone know if I will have to pay the higher tuition fees even though I will be going straight into year 2?

Thank you

It's likely you'll be put on the new fees however you should discuss this with the university because they may make an exception for you. I'm not sure if you'll lose your place at Portsmouth or not.
