Just been checking out the costs online, Endsleigh is the standard Uni one to use and they're £14.99 a month but with excess fees of between £50-£100. I've just checked Natwest (who I'm with now) and they're charging £11.94 a month and £25 excess fees, that includes my phone/laptop outside the uni.

I've claimed twice with Natwest and they've been brilliant every time, definitely recommend them
