this thread is targeted at past interns in the fields mentioned above.

I was hoping you could tell me what your internship was like: what skills were demanded of you? How intense was the internship? Did you work on any projects and go on any work trips? What exactly did your work consist of? Did you feel that you were contributing to the firm and adding more value than simply getting coffee for your colleagues?

Any responses would be much appreciated, as I'm not sure which field to apply to yet! Thanks a bunch!
