    Clearing
Hi all - really need some advice from anyone going through the clearing process. I am trying to apply for BSc Adult Nursing and have been told not to go through UCAS by the uni that I want to go to. They have said to phone them on the 16th instead and wait and see if there are any places left. I'm not so sure I should do this as there wont be any paper work on me or a UCAS code - should I pay the UCAS fee and go straight into clearing or wait until the 16th?

    Any comments would be useful.

Don't do what they told you, pay the £21 or whatever it is and go straight into clearing, then you have a broader choice. You'll regret it otherwise.

Pay the £22, get your clearing number but don't apply to any uni's through UCAS until they have made you an offer. Once you have your UCAS number it makes everything much quicker come the 16th.
