    tenancy agreement help
basically the landlord expects us to pay 275 rent bills not included therefore in the tenancy agreement is anything mentioned about paying the bills eg splitting the bills with other flatmates x i forgot what was mentioned in the agreement x however i would have thought if bills not included then in the agreement nothing about the bills being shared would be mentioned x

If you can't remember what the tenancy agreement said about bills, take a look at your copy. What are you asking for help with exactly?

    Re: tenancy agreement help
You've already asked for advice on areas related to splitting bills with flatmates and how you can get out of paying because you aren't living there (but are still occupying a room). You appear to determined to alienate your 'friends' over this matter.

The bills will be in the tenants name (not the landlords name) so the landlord won't give a toss who pays them, how they or split, and there is a very limited extent to which they care if they are even paid at all - because the LL's name isn't on the bill, it's not their responsibility. You are highly unlikely to find anything in the tenancy agreement other than that the tenants (of which you are one) are responsible for paying the bills in full.
