You need to cut out sugary and processed foods. Do cardio exercise. I'd say start off at about three times a week. That's if you're not already doing it. I've been doing this for about four weeks and its working
If you're already slim but have a little fat around your belly, try toning exercises for your abs like crunches.

Fat belly or loose belly?
If it's fat, then exercise more or eat less. It's not rocket science & there's no particular trick to it.
If it's loose belly, maybe sign up to the gym and do some core body exercises. Sit ups are a good exercise to get your tummy structured together.
What the others said is also sound advice: cut the alcohol. Particularly beer, lager, cider etc. Things with a lot of calories in them.Last edited by tamimi; 08-08-2012 at 05:31.
