I personally would like to be a large eagle, larger eagles are at the top of their food chain, they eat reasonably okay foods and they can fly...

A cat, or a fox. Probably a cat. They live the good life. Get fed whenever they want, more or less, can go in and out as they please, spend ages sleeping in comfy places, get to climb trees. Everybody wants to be a cat...

Probably an Amur Leopard. At the minute they are the most endangered big cat... But they're also so hard to find as there are so little of them.

A bat. They can fly, and are a protected species, so people can't kill them. Nocturnal as well.
