Youtube keeps shifting to the right on my comp...

Youtube keeps shifting to the right on my comp...Hey Guys;
Well, I just want to know, but for a while on some videos, the video I am watching you Youtube will shift to the right of the screen meaning I lose the options to;

Full screen
Why is this? -

If you're on a pc press f5 or whatever to reload the site, do you actually see it moving (as in you actually see it slowly moving to the right) or is it there to begin with?
If its the former, check your arrow keys, press the left and right ones quickly a couple times. Does this help? -

Re: Youtube keeps shifting to the right on my comp...The World of Tanks adverts cause glitches it would seem. I've had the same problem. Try refreshing the page and hoping for a different advert to come up in the video, seems to work for me.
