Is anyone else watching this? i love the Hairy Bikers, I took my mum and auntie to one of their book signings, and they are every bit as down to earth as they appear on the TV.

I thought it would be great to have a thread to discuss their diets and recipes and ideas, and if anyone has any ideas of their own that they could add.

I loved the 'leek lasagne sheets' idea as the pasta sheets arent something that is essential to the dish (in my opinion). Couple of things they could also change:

    - perhaps use Almond milk/Soya instead of normal milk, as it could add more flavour?
    - Turkey mince has lower fat, and its FAR cheaper
    - Cram more veg in!
