Re: Foreign media putting us 4thThat said GB nearly did it 1996 because with 1 gold we finished 34th in the medals table. But we were below two countries with 2 golds and nowt else when we had 8 silver and 6 bronze too.
With 15 medals we'd have been 17th overall -

Re: Foreign media putting us 4thFrankly, I don't care if we do end up 4th, officially or unofficially. Team GB have performed out of their skins; Britain has put on an Olympics to be proud of; we can hold our heads high. Who cares what the media thinks?
