okay. This is very complicated. I will be starting a 120 point first year with open university which is rather full time course yet inform to put part time studies. I am in the middle of moving so after moving i will be unemployed. I am starting course in october. I want to know is there like a maintenance grant or loan for that matter to help open university student?

Unfortunately with the OU it will always be counted as part-time study regardless of how much you're studying. Therefore there isn't really much in the way of maintenance loans or grants that you could get (although if you don't have a previous degree and meet the other criteria you should be able to get loans to cover your fee costs). Most people are either supported by their family or work part-time/full-time during their OU study.
