Medicine Courses

Hi guys,
While I was investigating different Medical Schools, I came across different medicine courses such as:

MBChB, BMBS/M, BMBS/MS, MB, ETC.

however the ucas code was the same for all these courses i.e A100

Is there anything majorly different between these courses? or can i just apply to any of those?

Thank you.
