    Understanding Timetable
    Hi everyone,

Finally accepted my offer to start my MSc at Loughborough in October, can't wait . Just found a sample timetable for my course on the university website, but I'm finding it a bit difficult to understand. Here it is:

    http://www.lboro.ac.uk/departments/s..._Timetable.pdf

Main thing that confuses me is the Thursday afternoon, where there are loads of clashes, does anyone get how this will work?!

"Sem 1: 2, 4-6" and "Sem 1: 3, 8-10" are the week numbers. The lecture is taught in two different places, depending on which week the lecture is in. Room SMB108 in weeks 2, 4, 5 and 6, and room A001 in weeks 3, 8, 9 and 10, and in weeks 1 and 7 at but at slightly different times.

Thanks very much! Sorry for sounding so thick! My old university timetable format was completely different

No problem Yeah they're not the clearest but they make sense once you know how they work
