What would you do if you were in my position?

Im new here and if this is the wrong place to post this thread then im sorry and could you please point me in the right direction. I have just finished year 11 and am waiting to get my results on the 23rd og august and should hopefully receive at least 5 A*s with A*s in all 3 sciences and maths. In college im going to be taking the 3 sciences and maths. What would you guys be doing now in terms of extended reading,volunteering, job and revision if i wanted to study medicine at uni possibly at oxford or cambridge?
