I'm getting good at squats mate, one day soon I will be back to the level of strength that allowed me to set a British record.

Why don't you do real exercises instead of cheater sumo strapped partials?

200kg would be decent for deadlift. 250kg imo would be very good. (what I can do :tongue: )

ive hit 190 you retard.
i too deadlifted 100kg/225pds in my 1st try for 5reps and everybody on the gym thats pretty pressive for 1st try
OP do you follow any specific weightlifting programe? I recommend 5x5 stronglifts, I have been doing it for a month now and can squat 50kg - im 5'3 and before I couldn't even squat the damn bar!
