FAO: Anyone that has changed courses within a university

I have just finished a science foundation year at Kingston University and was meant to be going on to do Pharmaceutical Science but applied to change to Psychology, and was told that if I got 60% in my foundation year then I could switch. I then got my current course leader and new course leader to sign a transfer form. So a few weeks ago I found out I passed my year with over 60% but I have no idea now whether I actually have to do anything: do I need to send proof of this to my new faculty or will they know automatically? I have tried emailing the faculty twice but it's been over a week now and I've had no reply. I'm worried now that I'll find out in a few weeks time that I was meant to do something and there will be no places left or something. Does anyone have any experience of this type of thing?
