Where can i resit my AS year?

My sixth form wont allow me because of the grades i got. Even though i was under difficult circumstances during my AS

Btw im 16
i studied biology, history, chemistry, arabic, spanish

I failed in 2 of them (got 2 U's) and now i cant carry on to y13.
i called up local sixth forms. They too denied.

Now what?
I really want to do law, or journalism studies.
Btw i live in sheffield.

You could either apply to do the exams yourself (not through the college) and take out all your own revision or you could drop the ones you failed and pick up another AS
