A2 Jump

Now all the post-results hysteria has died down a little in the A Level world I was wondering how much jump there is between AS and A2?

I know for some subjects it can be similar to the jump between A Level and Uni.

I figured

Spanish/other languages - You will be expected to learn more, but due to the fact you can't learn load of new things over night the actual jump won't be too bad

History - I found between G.C.S.E and A Level it's not so much that it gets harder, there is just more to memorise but that's probably just me so I'm hoping its the same for AS/A2

Politics - Same, once essay skills are learnt the actual content shouldn't be that much harder!

I know sciences are bad for large "jumps" in difficulty...

Thoughts, experiences? Do share....
I did Spanish A Level and i can say that it was bloody hard! Having lived in spain for 7 years it made no difference! You have to learn about immigration, environment, death penalty, crime..stuff that youve hardly talked about in your own language! So yeh, there is a very big gap in spanish from AS to A2! x

i did the following a levels and i thought the jump to be;

Maths: fairly challenging, quite a bit more work needed to succeed at C3 and C4
Physics: i found very difficult with AQA, astrophysics and medical option
ICT: designing of a website, but interesting, easily do-able
Geography: not really noticeable, just a little more effort needed during exam time and quality in exam answers

ended up with;
