Applying to Uni with a HNC Software Development - Advice needed

I want to go to University next year but I have no Highers (Scottish equivelant to A-Levels). but I'm studying HNC Software Development this year and it takes 1 year to complete.Though I really want to start University (in London) next September to study IT.

Would it be possible for me to get in next year? I am unsure because of my lack of Highers, though I am aiming to achieve an A in my HNC.

I am determined to make this work and would appreciate any advice!

Sure you can, just not in a top/demanding uni. Does it have to be London? There are lots of unis that accept HNCs that aren't in London such as Plymouth or UWE. They sometimes ask you to do a foundation year but even that isn't awful.
