What if i can't do Further maths

[INDENT] Hi everyone
I was wondering if i can't do Further Maths for A Level in my Sixth Forum, would it jeopardize my chances of doing Engineering in Cambridge?

My A Level choices are: Maths, Physics, Chemistry and ICT

If so, what else could be done?
Thanks for reading

Hey, im in the same problem as you, i am not sure wether to take it or not, im also doing physics maths and chemistry DT or ICT , i might take further maths instead of chemistry as it wouldnt be a good idea to take 4 hard ones if ur gunna drop it at AS, and trust me f maths is very, very, very hard, however i think passion And interest for the subject is more than enough

As long as you have at least one of:

Further maths
Chemistry
Computing
D&T

as well as Maths and Physics (essential), then you shouldn't be disadvantaged with engineering courses . Although, i know that Mechanical Engineering courses prefer applicants to have Fmaths because it contains extra mechanics modules, so if you can, go for it  Equally though, if your school doesn't offer it, they don't put you at a disadvantage for not having it
