Feel sorry for the families affected.

A man and his female passenger died and two teenage boys got injured.

I just read the thread title "man city football held" and was envisaging a football which rolled onto the road, possibly like the tyre in the movie Rubber and it had telekinetic powers, causing a massive car crash being on a bench in some police station.

Anyways, you don't usually get huge sentences for road related incidents, I'd say if guilty..5 years tops. The way BBC news was phrasing some discussion over it appeared to be hinting he and a friend in another car (who has also been arrested) where driving improperly, like racing or something.
He'l probably buy his way out
