Solved! It was a DCHP problem that windows autofixed after the eight hundreth diagnostic :L

Out of interest: this issue arises when I try to connect to the internet on my desktop through my pc with a crossover cable. Anybody know how I can apply this connection properly?

Well I already have a built in internet adapter [a pretty good one] would a dongle amplify the signal? I mean it's pretty poor but the box claims it can reach like 300mbps
net. This is due to the ISP hasn't able to authenticate you. When you connected to the wireless network and it is not showing its network name and doesn't provide internet connection contact
