20 y/o
82ish kg
5ft 11"

Squat: 160 kg (also hit 150 x 4 / 145 x 5 / 140 x 6) - been stuck on this for ages, it's so annoying and all high-bar, beltless
Bench: 85 kg (80 x 3) - def my weakest lift
Deadlift: 200 kg (190 x 3 / 180 x 5) - all beltless and w/o straps

Buy a belt and you could get seriously strong.

When is your birthday? If you turned 20 this year then you still have three more years as a junior lifter.

450kg total at 20 years old is alright. Could be 600+ before you're a senior.

Updating. Been training for 2 years now.

Deadlift Max is 200kg x2 (was 160kgx1 one year ago)
Bench is only 105kg x1
Squat is 150kgx1

Been focussing on isolating hamstrings and arms for hypertrophy in order to try and encourage them to be activated in motions. Really need/want to focus on my bench as it is the least developed part of my body!

6ft and 86kg.
Really want to drop some Bodyfat. I think I am 16/17% bodyfat, but the commitment is too hard for me!

Tbh at six foot if you want to look like you lift or bw competitive in powerlifting you'll end up being 105+ kg...

I prefer the idea of relative strength hence wht my weight has stayed constant since I started, but ny body composition has changed drastically and I am still getting stronger.

I play rugby and I am considering rowing next year hence the idea of keeping fit for the part(s).

Also, I am 17. 18 in at the end of August.

Could become a decent powerlifter. Have five more years of being a junior. Probably fairly competitive at sub junior level right now.

Birthday was approx. 6 weeks ago - I have considered powerlifting but I don't think I'd cut it - my mate is same age and competes (S: 180/190, B: 130, D: 220) finished top 5 I believe? I feel my bench is a big, big weakness and my squats are stalling. Though I may compete in local/uni ones if they come about.

Would a belt really make that much of a difference? Seen your lifts as well btw, impressive

That means you're a junior 2016, 2017 and 2018.

You'll be close to your mate on squat and deadlift just by putting on a belt.

Work on your bench seriously and you could get it to a decent level.

Wow.
5'6" @~74kg
80kg x1 paused bench (+12.5kg)
180kg DL x1 (+45kg)
165kg Squat x1 (+45kg)
140kg x5 Squat (+20kg)
67.5kg x1 OHP (+17.5kg)
87.5kg x1 Power Clean (+20kg)

Pretty pitiful progress for 2 years.

6 months on.
Bench, DL, squat the same. Squat is more consistent now, can hit 155+ on any given day, compared to having to be peaked to hit those kinds of numbers.
Haven't strict pressed in a very long time.
Front squat 140kg (+7.5kg)
Power clean 100kg (+12.5kg)

(Clean and jerk 115kg (+15kg)
Snatch 82.5kg (+12.5kg), clean 118kg (+18kg))

Started eating alot more after lifting and finally seeing my beginner gains coming back . Doing Canditos linear programme strength/hypertrophy. my bench is kinda low because of a shoulder issue i had but its improving because i have started working rear delts

31/07/2015

Squat 50kg 3x6
Deadlift 60kg 2x6
Bench 42.5kg 3x6
Overhead press 15kg

then gonna have to take 2 weeks away from the gym because of NCS :frown: but will be doing body weight exercises during that time and hopefully all the walking will help my squat abit.

Will be able to go gym on the 7th day of NCS my target for that is

Squat 55kg
Deadlift 65kg
Bench 45kg or 50kg
Overhead press 20kg or 25kg
I'm 18
5' 8"
70kg
Been training since December 2014
I've been stagnant at 60kg for sets of 5 since March because benching hurts my shoulders, sucks :frown:
If I keep going at my current rate I'll shoulder press more than I bench, imagine that :/

18 years old, weigh about 68 kg (10 stone 12?), 5'7/5'8.

I can barbell bench press 75kg for 8 or 80kg for 4, never tried a 1RM. Dumbbell bench press is either 32.5/35kg depending on if I've done it lately.

I've been training on and off since I was about 16 but only really made real gains in the past year. Gonna try a clean bulk for the next 3 years as I'm at university, hopefully reach 82.5kg for 8 by January
21 years old, 65 kg(143lbs/10st 3lbs), 5'7, been working out seriously for 1 year and 1 month.
Squat: 120kg 3x5
Deadlift: 142.5kg 1x5
Bench press: 80kg 3x5

BP is definitely my weakest lift, because of my tiny wrists. My upper body is in general very weak compared to my lower body.
