AS Law Help!!!
Hi, I have just started to study AS law at sixth form and I am just stuck on a couple of questions, so if you can help me it would be greatly appreciated 
1) Name an act of parliament
I know that this is a statute just not sure what to put
2) Why was the White paper, The learning revolution never turned into a statute.
This was to put across the Labour Governments plans for encouraging informal learning among those without further education qualifications.
3) Name three pressure groups
I already have greenpeace and amnesty international
