To those who are ~6foot, male, not too thin/fat
How much do you weigh? (note 1kg=2.2lb)
Ideally, for those who are also not a body builder/weight training/etc, just the average bloke
As of now, I am aiming to try and cut down to a target 70kg (currently 81). The target seems okay, both in terms of someone my height as well as bodyfat percentage (70kg is ~15% for me). Correct me if I'm wrong
Edit: to clarify... 70kg and 15% is my target... I'm not this at the momentLast edited by Dmon1Unlimited; 10-09-2012 at 19:42. -

Trying to get to this, but broke a bone and only just recovered so have to re-start all training(Original post by Aaron_xyz)
I'm 6'1, around 10% body fat and 165lbs/75kg
Start lifting and eating clean bro, i'm about 180 and same height too but I don't look fat, don't know why you do(Original post by Chucklefiend)
I'm 6"0 and weigh 180lbs. I'm not fat, but I am a bit chunky and would probably benefit from losing a few pounds.
