How much do you weigh? (note 1kg=2.2lb)

Ideally, for those who are also not a body builder/weight training/etc, just the average bloke

As of now, I am aiming to try and cut down to a target 70kg (currently 81). The target seems okay, both in terms of someone my height as well as bodyfat percentage (70kg is ~15% for me). Correct me if I'm wrong

Edit: to clarify... 70kg and 15% is my target... I'm not this at the moment

I'm 6"0 and weigh 180lbs. I'm not fat, but I am a bit chunky and would probably benefit from losing a few pounds.

I'm 6'0.5" and 168 pounds/12 stone. Happy with it. I'm a little bit flabby though, should probably try and get more in shape soon.

6'2, 170lbs, 77kg. About 10-12% body fat. At my biggest I was about 82kg. Though I do weight train, but not to any significant level, both body-wise nor strength wise.

6'2 about 150 pounds, could do with a bit of toning.

Been doing the weights at home and running alot lately, it's just sticking to a diet that's the hard part for me!
