Maths A- Level [help]

Hi. I'm posting because I started college today, as a fourth option I chose Mathematics. At GCSE I achieve B(higher paper) and a C(on the other paper)

I genuinely want to do maths A-level, as in work hard consistently.

Judging from my GCSE grades, I assume I don't have Einsteins knack for maths. Those who've done Maths (EDEXCEL) I'd like to know if it's a worthwhile subject, and how difficult it gets. Also I'd like to know if I have a realistic chance of doing well cheers  -dan

If you work hard at it, and are prepared to study in your own time to ensure you understand the work then there is no reason you can't take it.

I took it (doing edexcell) having got a B at GCSE and initially struggled, but am continuing with it working at a grade C/D. Be warned though, it gets really tough at C3/C4 if you don't have the fundamental knowledge from the other units.

Good luck
