Student finance evidence help

Hi, my partner is going into his last year of university. This will be the first year we can apply with it based on his p60's as it has been 3 years since we have has financial support from our family.

Our main problem is that they want his p60's from the past 3 years. Unfortunately we can only find 2009, 2011 and 2012 because his 2010 one got lost in a previous application we had to send off.

Just tried to call student finance and they are down at the moment (as always) so cannot advise us. Would his 2009 p60 be suitable? He earned exactly the same both years as he was with the same company.

Hope I've not confused you guys too much.

As long as you can provide 3 tax years of earnings over £7500 per year you will be fine, as the years can be none consecutive  x
