Percentages question

I know there's probably loads of threads about this but I'm trying to work out what I need to get a first overall if I got 64% this year. Before anyone gets annoyed, I can work it out myself, based on the 40/60 split but my uni seems to have a really strange system. It says that it's calculated like this:

Band 3: Best marks achieved in 80 credits pursued at Level 3, given a weighting of 3
Band 2: Level 3 marks from the remaining 40 credits pursued and the best marks achieved in 40 credits pursued at Level 2, given a weighting of 2
Band 1: Marks achieved in remaining Level 2 credits pursued, with a weighting of 1
A formula is then applied to calculate the degree classification average.

My question is, can I calculate what percentage I need based solely on my second year mark, or is it pretty impossible based on this system?

Sorry if I'm being a bit dense but maths really isn't my strong point.
